I'm a fullstack developer, technology enthusiast, husband, and father. I'm currently working at MetaMask as a Software Engineer. I'm always eager to learn and explore new technologies and tools.
My career has been pretty diverse, starting off as an embedded Linux engineer (I needed to understand how computers worked 🤓), then moving through some system-level application development, and now fullstack web-based development.
Being a fullstack developer opens up a lot of doors, but I'm mostly grateful for the insights it gives me of the users, the products and the business. It's exciting to be able to take something from idea to reality and see it in action.
At MetaMask, I work on a very small and agile team, whose main focus is to deploy social stunts, enabling us to quickly explore new ideas on how to create a better social web3 experience. Check out our Red Balloon Game 🎈!
In my spare time I like to enjoy backyard parties with friends 🧑🤝🧑, play volleyball 🏐 and ski/snowboard 🏂. I also try to work on open-source projects whenever I can, and I currently maintain Artico, a set of WebRTC libraries that make it easier to get started with AV applications. This project is heavily inspired by PeerJS and SimplePeer, with the intent of modernizing the implementation, while providing an all-in-one solution.
I'm currently learning web3 and blockchain development (since I'm new to the industry). Next on my list is to do some learning on AI 🤖.
